Error "View Display Error - Path not found" When Trying to View Analytics Dashboard (Doc ID 2325383.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view Analytics Dashboards in an Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Environment, the following error is displayed:

Error
View Display Error
Path not found (/folder1/folder2...)

Steps to replicate the error:

  1. Log into the Unifier Cloud Environment.
  2. From the Primavera Cloud Portal, click on "Primavera Analytics".
  3. Once the Analytics page opens, click on "Dashboards" at the top and select a Dashboard to view.  
  4. Instead of seeing tables or data, etc. there are some pages that show the error noted above.

Changes

 This issue occurred after a Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier environment upgrade.
