On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to perform an Outlook sync,
the following error occurs.

“Impossible d'afficher le formulaire nécessaire pour visualiser ce message. Contactez votre administrateur. (0x80040119 Unknown error 0x80040119)”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Outlook via OSC Outlook plugin.
2. Attempt to perform Outlook sync.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Outlook sync successfully.
