Action Drop Down Does Not Work For Update Customer Profile Class History (Doc ID 2325836.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Customer Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a customer and assigning the DEFAULT profile class, I would like to update it. Therefore, on the customer header I go under the Profile History tab and would like to edit the profile class details but no option is visible. No option appears under Actions and there is no Edit button on this screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicking Actions, should be able to Correct Record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Billing
2. Manage Customers
3. Search for Customer
4. Click Customer Account
5. Click Profile Tab
6. Click Actions

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit customer profile.
