Symptoms
From the [Regulatory Reports] tab user pressed [Auto Schedule] to generate E2B report but cannot generate this report.
Tried to manually generate by pressing 'FINAL' link, but fails with popup message:
"This report is already set to be generated by the Argus Safety Service and hence cannot be generated manually. Please verify it after few minutes."
