How To Connect SOA 12c/CS With MFT CS using MFTAdapter (Doc ID 2325914.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It has not been possible to connect SOACS to MFTCS in order to move information using the MFTAdapter

When using MFTAdapter in JDEVELOPER.  The Server is already configured on the jdeveloper.  On the the wizard, after selecting the server, is failing with a connection timeout error


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to move connect to mftcs using the MFTAdapter
