Symptoms

 A Candidate import fails (interrupted) with following error:

Error Detail:

Code: poll.interrupted
Description: Taleo Connnect Client has stopped the polling step because the document has the status interrupted in the Taleo Product.
The error occurred in the following step: Poll

 

In TCC, the following error can be seen in the Message Error section or in Log files:

+-Errors
+-You must provide an explanation for the answer "Yes".{object="com.taleo.functionalcomponent.talent.entity.candidate.QuestionAnswer__12345678",rule="QuestionAnswerExplanationIsManatory"}
+-No Warning
+-No Confirmatio
