ORA-29907 Duplicate Label Error caused in Determine Worker Eligibility for Performance Document (Doc ID 2326101.1)

When user try to search with filter (using Query By Example) for Worker Name
after searching the eligible workers with Worker Name with rough keyword,
Error ORA-29907 "found duplicate labels in primary invocations" caused.

Even if worker name entry of Search Field is cleared and enter filter for Query By Example fields,
same error cause.

This issue caused because duplicate worker name query condition
(for Search fields and for Query by Example fields) works at the same time.
If user use different criteria, this issue will not cause.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Menu : My Workforce > Performance
2. Navigate to Task : Worker Eligibility for Performance Documents
3. Search with Worker Name
4. Click Query By Example and Enter some keyword for Worker Name, and Hit keyboard Enter to search.
5. Error ORA-29907 "found duplicate labels in primary invocations" cause
