Learning Management: Enhancement Request - Learning Assessment Capability

Customer requests to have functionality to do Assessments for Oracle Learning Cloud activities (eLearning and ILT).
Can you log an enhancement request for this. Here are the relevant answers for the ER:
1. Describe how the current product is insufficient.
Currently only evaluations can be done, but they don't provide an option to check whether the learners actually picked up the knowledge. There is no way to verify any competence gained.
2. Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request.
Include the ability to build assessments and assign them to a learning event (class).
3. If possible, identify how the product can be changed to achieve the desired result.
-include an assessment of a learning item to verify the knowledge gained by the employee
-include an assessment as a separate step in a learning item.
-build an assessment using different types of questions – single select, multiple select, etc.
-enter a correct answer for a question when configuring assessment for a learning item
-evaluate employee answers against target answers and calculate a score (possibly on the basis of points/weights that also to be assigned to questions in the assessment) after assessment completed by the employee.
4. How is the absence of this enhancement affecting your business?
Customer is facing a lot of changes in process, products and processes. They need to verify employee capabilities for certification and compliance reasons.
5. Is this Enhancement affecting an implementation milestone?
Customer is going live with the product end of CY2018.
