Is Address Format in Accounts Available in CX Cloud Mobile

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, CX Mobile Application
There is a special custom Address Format in Accounts in the SUI for one specific country.
The structure is Country>>Province>>District>>Communes. Note: They are not the custom fields and hence wont come under the Available fields section in Application Composer.
Can this structure be modeled on CX Cloud Mobile App?
Available fields now are Address Line 1, Address Line 2, State, City and Postal Code which are not useful for the client.
