Outlook: Unable to Load the User Profile Due to an Unknown Error

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

Unable to perform synchronization with Outlook plug-in. After re-installation,user got below error:

"unable to load the user profile due to an unknown error."

Unable to load the user profile due to an unknown error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After re-installation of OSC for Outlook;
2. User received error when trying to download the package / first sync process

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform sync with Sales Cloud
