Unable To Find Lead And Opportunity Objects Under Manage File Import Objects

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
When creating a new import job in Manage File Import Activities task, the user is not able to see the Lead or Opportunity object.
The user should see the Lead and Opportunity objects; otherwise, import jobs cannot be created for those objects.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Setup and Maintenance, search for the Manage File Import Activities task and go to the task
2. Create a new import job
