Not seen users in Partners screen

On : version, Partner Management

When attempting to ,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PArtner
2. Edit Partner
3. Click on manage user details
4. On Manage user details data is missed and also when you click on sign in as a user, it throws an error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see partners on partners screen.
