Fusion Global HR: Unable to View the Entire Details Card through Personal Information on the My Details Information Card (Doc ID 2326429.1)

Symptoms

Employee is unable to access the Manage Tax withholding screen after R12 upgrade through the My Details Information Card. The card is blank and does not have any details on it for just Employees.

The information is available for  only HR/Admin users. This should be available for all users.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in with employee.
2. About me > Personal Information.
3. Click information Tile and see that all details including employee name are blank.
