Contact Import Is Not Working From Business User Login

Contact Import is not working from business user login

The same import with 2 different users is, in one case getting stuck, in the other completing

cause: {null}

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Yhezyl to login
2. crate the file import
3. Verify the import gets stuck in step 22

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import data.
