Executing ODI ETL For Data Source 2 Removes Data In Dimension / Fact (Non History) Tables For Data Source 1 (And Vice Versa) When Data Warehouse Is Configured For Multiple Data Sources (Doc ID 2326784.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

When using Data Warehouse with an ODI ETL and more than one data source, execution of data source 2 will remove data in dimension/fact tables (non history tables) for data source 1 (and vice versa). This results in OBIEE analysis to not return data for the data source 1 (if data source 2 ETL was executed last) and vice versa.

Using ODI for ETL, when executing an ETL for data source 2, data for data source 1 should not be removed from dimension / fact (non history) tables.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Data Warehouse ETL web based application
2. Execute ETL for data source 2
3. Attempt to run an analysis against data from data source 1
4. Note the reported issue which occurs.
