Release 11.13.17.08.0

Need DBI to pull Benefit Program ID or Name in Postelection Edit formula

PGM_ID is not a context for postelection formula.
Also, client needs Program ID or Program Name for the future date. Currently, no DBIs are returning data for the future date for postelection formula.

Benefit Reference document says PGM_ID is a context below.

Post Election Edit
This formula type can be used to enforce rules while making enrollments. Example: Enroll in basic life plan when you enroll in spousal or child life plans.

Client would like to check if there are any alternate methods available to access program name in post election edit formula when LE is a future dated one.
Client expecting PGM_ID as a context, but it is not a context fort this formula type.
