FCCS : Data is not Rolling Up To Parent Account from it's Child Accounts

Symptoms

The Data has been loaded at leaf members and consolidation being run successfully, but still data from leaf members are not rolling up to it's parent account though the Data storage type of Parent Account is Dynamic Calc.
