Address Verification not working for "Curacao"

Address verification for a particular country "Curacao" is not working.

Pop up with: the address that you entered cannot be verified, and it might be incorrect. Enter more address details, or submit another address for verification

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Account
2. Click Add Address
3. Enter address details
4. Click Verify Address

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate addresses for Curacao
