Symptoms
When attempting to upload an Item Structure to Planning through Flat File, the following error occurs:
The value provided for the attribute ASSEMBLY_NAME OR ORGANIZATION_CODE OR ALTERNATE_BOM_DESIGNATOR is invalid.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download and complete the Planning Item Structure import template
2. Generate CSV and ZIP files
3. Upload file to Planning UCM folder
4. Run the Planning Flat File Import
