Unable to connect from ICS- EBS Adapter through ICS AGENT to On Prem EBS (Doc ID 2328005.1)

Symptoms


Unable to connect from ICS- EBS Adapter through ICS AGENT to On Prem EBS .But connection to DB Adapter is successfully created which means that On-prem is installed correctly


The following error is received on connection attempt:
