Line Manager Unable To Edit Transaction Via Edit Link in Notification

On : Rel 11 version, Global Human Resources
Line Manager is unable to edit a transaction via the Edit link in notification received.
Clicking on Edit transaction link from a notification linked to a Manage compensation action redirects to home page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a user with Line Manager access
2. Manage compensation -Update compensation for a direct report
3. Transaction submitted for approval
4.Click on Edit Individual Compensation request
5. Redirected to home page.
