When Viewing Reference Records, the Graph or Linked Records List Never Loads (Doc ID 2328221.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WhEN viewing Business Process (BP) records at the shell level and attempting to view the associated "Reference records", they take a very long time to load.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The reference records window should update and display the associated records within a few seconds or at the most a minute or two.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment with the required permissions/access.
  2. Navigate to a Project/Shell in User Mode.
  3. Open the Business Process (BP) node > Open a BP record > Click "View" > Select "Reference Records...".
  4. See "Processing..." window pop up and then after several minutes the Reference Graph and Linked Records list will finally update.
