On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Mutiple Errors on Lead Creation while picking primary contact after R12 upgrade


An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1095, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_ph1_01, Application Name: SalesApp.
The 2nd issue is while searching for a contact with account matching accounts.

issue 1) ORA- 56720: I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted.

1. Navigate to Leads > Search Contacts
