"The System could not process your request" Error When Attempting to Access the Access Control Node (Doc ID 2328442.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Access Control node, a generic system error is received. This also occurs when attempting to access a user account in User Administration.

ERROR

The System could not process your request, Logging in Again may help in some cases

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Unfiier
2. Go to Company Workspace --> User Administration --> Open a user account --> error is received.
3. The same error appears when attempting to open a user group or access the Access Control node.
