ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Slow performance and many different Event Codes when opening multiple project:

- PRMDB-1857-2
- SRE-2835-B
- HTTP5-1871-9
- AVAAO-3722-1
- NIAT-1791-1
- AVAA0-1470-6
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
