Symptoms

OTM does not respect the Order's Ship Unit Load Configuration Setup.

Example:
-----------
01. Create an Order Release with a Ship Unit Load Configuration Setup as follows:

UPRIGHT WIDTHWISE
UPRIGHT LENGTHWISE

02. Plan a shipment using a 3D Planning Parameter Set.

03. Select the Shipment > Actions > Operational Planning > View > Load Config > The orientation is "PRONE WIDTHWISE"
