How can I export raw messages brought in via a listening topic? I recently exported the topic to Engage via the "route" function.
I can see under SEM Reports that I can export an Oracle Engage Data Export and I can export our Facebook and Twitter messages, etc. However, when I select a listening topic to export I am just getting a blank file with headers and no messages even though there are many messages in the date range I have selected.
