All Approvals Completed But Can Not Access Manage Person Since There Is An Outstanding Approval

When trying to access manage person it gives warning Changes to this data are pending approval.
You cannot update this data until the approval completes. Users does have PER_APPROVE_TRANSACTION_PRIV privilege & StuckPending_072815.sql query didn't show any pending transactions.
How to get rid of this warning and pursue further?
All approvals completed. Can not access Manage Person it says there is an outstanding approval
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in HCM, change personal information and Complete Approval
2. Navigate to notifications and notice there are a total of 4 notifications all of which have been approved
3. When going to person management and clicking on manage person the following shows and can not be corrected.
