On Premise Corente Cloud Services Gateway - How To Download a Configuration File for an Existing Gateway (Doc ID 2328895.1)

This does not apply to Corente Service Gateways (CSG) deployed in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as the solution requires keyboard and monitor access to the hardware or virtual machine (VM) of the CSG.


When attempting to download the configuration of an existing CSG that has been downloaded before and made first contact with the Corente Service Control Point (SCP), the following error would be displayed by the CSG (verify via monitor):



This document will guide the user through the procedure to ensure the configuration can be downloaded again.
