Symptoms
A net-change import fails to import one or more records. For the affected records the results file has error message like this:
Changes
The current data file is such that it causes net-change to send a delete to the zone. For example, net-change will send a delete to the zone for an employee record that was in previous data files but is no longer present in the current data file.
