Receive An Error When Try To Launch Bridge For Active Directory (Doc ID 2328934.1)

Symptoms

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

   After customer finishes configuration of AD bridge, when they click the launch, they get a 500 error

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access fusion application
  2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Administration -> Bridge for Active Directory -> Configuration
  3. Click Launch

customer will get an error
