Review Never Loads the File Attachment, Black Screen With Processing Dots: java.lang.NullPointerException

On Unifier : Version 17.9, Unifier User Mode and/or iOS App
Review never loads the file attachment, and the following error can be found in the log files: java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THROUGH UNIFIER:
- Open a record that has an attachment and click on the Review button.
- Notice that the name of the file(s) is loaded on the left side of the Review window, but the file never loads on the right side of the window which remains colored black with three little processing dots.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THROUGH iOS APP:
- When attempting to view/download attachment files using the iOS App, the user receives Error message that the File cannot be viewed. Contact your Company Administrator
The file should open successfully in both Unifier and/or the iOS app.
