Scheduled User Defined Reports (UDR's) Do Not Consistently Complete Successfully

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Periodically a percentage of all User Defined Reports (UDR's) that are scheduled to run with a specific frequency (Daily, weekly, etc.) will fail in one of 3 different failure modes:
- The recipient of the scheduled UDR will receive an email that doesn't have a report, but includes the message: "User Defined Report failed to generate."
- The recipient of the scheduled UDR will not receive any email nor note any errors, they just don't receive the report.
- The recipient of the scheduled UDR will receive an email with the following error: "The number of records in UDR is greater than the maximum number allowed for the company. See the maximum limit for the records that can be retrieved at the report level."
