When a Scheduled UDR Fails, the Error Message May Erroneously Indicate the Max Number of Records Is Exceeded (Doc ID 2329204.1)

Scheduled User Defined Reports (UDR's) that fail to complete may return the following error message:

"The number of records in UDR is greater than the maximum number allowed for the company. See the maximum limit for the records that can be retrieved at the report level."

To check the Maximum Limit for UDR records, Navigate to the Company Workspace, with the top node selected for the company, click "Open" to open the Edit Company window and check the field "Maximum Limit for UDR records".
