For EBS Asserter In IDCS

Symptoms

Without Asserter, the flow is:

* User session reaches timeout value and prompts them whether they want to extend their session
* User clicks on Yes after which a login page opens and the user is allowed to log in.
* After logging in, the user clicks on the "OK" button at the prompt

In the back end, EBS updates the same session so that the user can continue their work

With Asserter, the flow is:

* User session reaches timeout value and prompts them whether they want to extend their session
* User clicks on Yes after which a new page is opened and Asserter successfully logs in creating a new session
* Current EBS prompt doesn't realize that and it keeps looping and then invalidates the session. Work is lost as a result.
