Eloqua Account Import Failed With Error: ORA-56720: I/O data limit exceeded

The Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) Account Import to sync accounts data from Oracle Sales Cloud is failing with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Eloqua and navigate to the Integration App
2. Run the Account Import sync
