Last updated on OCTOBER 04, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Taleo Learn Cloud Service - Version 17A to N/A [Release 17A to 12]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Sequenced ("nested") learning plans display different Due Dates for the parent and child learning plans when viewed in associated widgets and dynamic objects in the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter.

EXAMPLE:

The child learning plan's dynamic Due Date is 30 days from the assignment date. The parent learning plan's dynamic Due Date is 3 months from the assignment date.

When a user who was assigned to the parent learning plan on November 17 views the Learning Plans widget, the Due Date of the child learning plan will display as December 1 (30 days from the assignment date). The Due Date of the parent learning plan will display February 17 (3 months from the assignment date). But when the user views the details of the parent learning plan, the Due Date of the child learning plan will display February 17 (the Due Date of the parent learning plan).
