A Blank Window Is Displayed When Attempting to Run a Published Custom Report

After running a published custom report, a web browser window opens (HTML format) but is blank.
When a custom report is able to be successfully published within Unifier, the report should render data results when run from the Company Workspace or a Project/Shell.
