Enahncement Request - Load Time Card Batches process shows Completed Successfully In UI but there are errors highligthed in the log file

Symptoms

Load Time Card Batches process shows completed successfully in Payroll Checklist UI. However, in the log file shows 12 errored records.

Total : 356
Completed : 340
Skipped : 0
Unprocessed : 0
Errored : 16

Time Management UI, under Transfer Process Exceptions, count is zero for both 'Time cards that failed to transfer' and 'Incomplete time transfer processes'.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Submit Load Time Card Batches process
2. Process completes successfully, however the log file mentions Errored actions and the Errors and Warnings tab shows:
PAY_HPCM_ATTR_REQS
