Unable to Save Files to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service Following Update of iPad to iOS 11.03

Following an update of iPad to iOS 11.03, users can no longer save files to the Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service from the updated iPad. The Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service does not appear in Location Services.
The user updated the iPad update to iOS 11.03.
