Symptoms

 JCS VM may not come up if the user adds the storage volumes manually in the VM


The job to start JAAS service is failing with error :-

2017-11-11T03:04:03.178+00:00 [SEVERE]:exception launching rex
sm.rex.trilead.ioexception: Trilead throws an IOException while connecting to
remote host:xx.xx.xx.xx, port: 22, user: oracle
oracle.paas.platform.exception.NException: sm.rex.trilead.ioexception:
Trilead throws an IOException while connecting to remote host: xx.xx.xx.xx,
port: 22, user: oracle, cause: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: The
kexTimeout (60000 ms) expired.
