Receipt Is Showing Unapplied Amount Even Though The Receipt Is Fully Applied

The Receipt is showing incorrect unapplied amount

There should be no unapplied amount on the receipt

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Receivables -> Accounts Receivable -> Manage Receipts
1. Search for Receipt
2. Verify the unapplied amount on the receipt
3. The value is incorrect as the receipt amount is 860 USD and the same is applied for invoice for 860 USD.
4. But the Manage Receipts show unapplied amount as 18 USD

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this will create incorrect customer balances..
