While importing the customer we are getting the below error. We are using the simplified template and attached the customer template.

The combination of columns CUST_ORIG_SYSTEM and CUST_ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE must be unique in table HZ_IMP_ACCOUNTS_T
