Bank Statement Period Start Date and End Date Are Same but Lines Are outside Date Range

When trying to reconcile any of the entries on this bank statement the following message appears: " The booking date for line 338 must be within the statement data range". The period Start and End Dates are the same "8-Sep-2017", but the bank statement line entries range from 11 Aug 2017 to 8 Sep 2017. Is there a way to change the period start and end date for the bank statement?
