Unable To Access Primavera Cloud Login Page

P6 EPPM Cloud Hosted Customers
When attempting to access https://<companyName>.oracleindustry.com, the following error occurs.
- Intermittent connection issues occur, primarily with Internet Explorer.
- The P6 login page never appears, instead the URL just seems to "keep changing". The page never appears.
- Exiting the browser and re-trying may work, but as the issue is intermittent, the issue can still occur.
- An http 400 or 404 error may eventually appear.
The expected result of accessing the URL is to see the Oracle Access Manager login page.
