Fusion Compensation: Java.lang NULL Error On Change Pay Page

Java.lang NULL Error on Change Pay page
For some EE's we are receive a 'java.lang.NullPointerException' error when we try to access the Change Pay page (after being on Manage Employment or another page.
When we try to access Change Pay directly from Search we receive a lank page and need to reload the pod in the browser, which takes us back to the Spring Board.
I noticed that it is happening to all employee who have a job that starts with 'WKE', but am able to access for other EE's without issue.
This has failed UAT and is putting Go Live at very high risk.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management > Query EE XXXXX > Click on the EE name and it opens up Manage Employment
2. We can access every other page (Manage Person, Manage Work Relationship etc. in the print screen).
3. However we get a Java Null error when trying to access Change Pay and cannot move past this.
4. Navigator > Person Management > Query EE XXXXX > Click on Change Pay from the Action Menu > Receive a blank page > We have to reload the page to get back to the Spring Board.
