About: Reports Timing Out After Upgrading to TEE Version 15B.9+

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to TEE Version 15B.9 or above, reports that used to run fairly quickly are now timing out with the below error:

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 17001. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 28, message: ORA-00028: your session has been killed at OCI call OCIStmtFetch. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 17012. [nQSError: 17012] Bulk fetch failed. (HY000)
The issue is most noticeable with reports using Legacy Subject Areas (ie. Recruiting (Legacy) or Performance Management).
Zone was recently upgraded to TEE Version 15B.9 or above.
