Enhancement request -Voluntary Deduction Element does not end date once amount has been fully recovered (Doc ID 2330646.1)

When a voluntary deduction element is assigned to an employee, stop rule is returned once total amount has been full recovered. The STOP rule returns a settlement date for the deduction element but it doesn't end dates the actual element.

This means manual intervention has to be applied because the element needs to be manually end dated in order to add another occurrence of the same element in the future.
