The Element Entry Is Not Shown When Continue Clicked After End Date Is Chosen

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version,
When have an entry for a compensation option, client has end-dated a recurring entry.
Then they chose to remove the end date by using the continue after end date. Client could not find the entry in the transaction lines.
Even if they delete the entry couldn't find the lines.
How can the approver identify from the notification if it is related to deletion or discontinue?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management > Select the Person
2. Tasks > Manage Compensation
