When attempting to Scan the Language Catalog, the following error occurs:
Total request duration of 300766 milliseconds exceeds configured maximum request duration. To turn off this limit, modify the application to call "setinternaloption('request.disableTimeouts', 'true')".

STEPS to Verify:
- Access as an Administrative User
- Navigate to Administration > General Settings > Company Settings > Language Catalog
- Scan appears to launch - Result: Error is displayed
